What a hidden gem in Watsonville! We originally planned on going to Cowboys Corner Cafe as a party of 7 for brunch, and upon showing it, realized it was going to be a 45 min wait. While waiting, we saw this place nearby and the food looked just as good here. I decided to give a call to see how much of a wait it would be there. From the start, the staff was incredibly helpful on the phone. They helped get our group on the waitlist, and it would be about a 15 min wait. With that in mind, our group made it over and waited only a few minutes once we arrived to get seated. Definitely was a tremendous help there! The surrounding area doesn't do this brunch spot justice. Lots of industry spots up and down the street, which can make this spot easy to be missed. But don't let the surrounding area deceive you, this is The Spot to come for brunch. Absolutely delicious food, generous portions for the price, and incredibly helpful wait staff! I ordered the Chilaquiles Scramble, and it was jam packed full of flavor. The eggs were nice and fluffy, the hash browns had a nice crisp & not too oily, and the dish tasted fresh all around. There's so much food provided that even though I ate the whole thing for brunch, I was still feeling full to even eat dinner!

This is a gem of a spot for breakfast/brunch. My crew and I have been coming here for our regular mid morning chow. I highly recommend the traditional chilaquiles, they are in my top three of best I've had...including my mom's! Service and staff is awesome as well, they are very friendly, efficient, and attentive in spite of being super bz. Indoor seating is on the smaller side but cozy, outdoor seating is good too but can be a lil noisy due to commercial vehicle traffic. Still, this place is a must to try, even if only for coffee

We were in Watsonville for a wedding and BSC was recommended. Turned out to be great. Small interior space filled with happy people. More room for overflow outside. We were two for our first visit and were seated immediately. The next morning, we were four and were seated without delay. There were a lot of Menu choices. All are enticing. What we chose was ample in quantity, delightful to look at, and very tasty. The staff were very helpful and assisted us overcome the limits of a food allergy. We had a great time and left after breakfast ready to meet the day.

Finally tried this place out for brunch. It was very busy, with an almost full parking lot and plenty of people already eating when we arrived. We were greeted and sat immediately. We tried their strawberry pancakes and two eggs with ham and a side of home fries. Everything was delicious! Our food was ready quickly and the staff were all very friendly, fast, and helpful. Definitely recommend this place!

Small homey shack diner in an out of the way industrial part of town. The place shakes a little when the big-rigs rumble by. Friendly, experienced servers keep this place running smoothly and quickly, serving up fresh comfort food. Our bacon, eggs and french toast were delicious and our coffee and water cups kept full. Plenty of street parking and more in back. Highly recommended!

Had a GREAT breakfast this morning. Found this little cafe on Beach St in Watsonville. In the middle of an industrial area. The food and service here is exceptional. I had the Corned Beef Hash and Eggs and frankly, It was the best I've ever had and I've had a lot of CBH&E's... Kudos to the chefs for a delightful eye pleasing dish. Additionally the service was also exceptional. Friendly and professional.' If I lived in Watsonville, I'd make this a regular breakfast stop..

We stopped in today for breakfast. Sat at the counter, which I prefer if given a choice. Coffee came quick and the vanilla creamer was a nice touch! Regular half and half too if you prefer. This place is immaculate and I love that. Service is friendly and efficient. I had the Mexican Styles omelet, green chile, onion, avocado, , Jack cheese topped with salsa. It was bomb! Loved the crisp hash browns too. He had the Whole Hog omelet with home fries. He liked it. Made a point of telling me how much he liked it and wants to return! So we will. Anxious to try the scramble I think it was, with the carnitas next time.

Our first time! Lovely, family-run breakfast joint with friendly, attentive service. I got a solid club sandwich with fries and an Arnold Palmer. Sandwich was HUGE, just the way I like it. Hubby got the Mexican scramble. Their fresh salsa is amazing! The homemade rice and refried beans were also so good, we bought some to take home to make tacos with. Very minor con: no mimosas! I'll still come back because the food and service were that good!

came here for a late breakfast / brunch with friends. Service is wonderful, friendly and fast (without being intrusive). I had the Jalapeno sausage scramble with crispy hashbrowns. We also ordered pancakes, french toast and biscuit and gravy for the table to share. The french toast was SO SO good ... you can taste the vanilla, cinnamon and the bread still had it's bite (did not get soggy at all). the pancake is fluffy and light. Also very good. The biscuit and gravy is solid - lots of good pepper in the gravy, which is rich and flavorful. The hashbrowns are delicious ... just as they should be. Not many places have hashbrowns, more country potatoes, so this was a nice treat. Everyone was happy with their meals. Worth coming back to!
